What is the life of a retiree? Here is mine.
I have completed a free LCSD (leisure and culture services dept) gym training program for seniors. I now utilise the discounted gym seniors monthly pass. There are some good yoga / fitness studios in town but it takes me too much time to and fro in compare of within 15 min bike ride to any of the 3 nearby LCSD gyms.
Below is my weekly exercise program:
。cycling 30 mins daily,
。gym 1 ~ 1.5 hours - 3 to 4 times,
。social dancing 2 hours twice a week for 2 months
。resume half hour swimming twice a week next week onwards
。an Indoor cycling class in TKO this Wed. Will also check for its gym as it is one of the LCSD largest gyms.
The objective of the whole lots is to building muscles against pains when weather changes.
Right now, no weight lighting nor running, use the following equipment on improving arms and shoulders muscles, maybe chest also.
。Arm Curl 二頭肌訓練機 ,
。Shoulder Press 肩部推舉機 ,
。Lat Pull 高拉訓練機 ,
。Butterfly Machine 蝴蝶機
。Converging Chest Press 推胸機 ,
。Rotory Torso 旋體腰部訓練機 R,
I have a few dumbbells at home, but it is next step.
