I have my employee benefit (medical insurance) with AXX Insurance Co.
Their Insurance App "AXX@Xxxx" can be downloaded and installed on smartphones, in my case, an Android.
After installation, the next step is registration. You need to activate your account before you can log in. However, the key to the activation is a confirmation SMS message(for phone registration) or an email (for email account registration).
The problem is no matter which way you register, their system would not send the user the activation SMS message nor email.
They said their activation sms message / email would be delivered within a short moment and the user has to activate their account within 12 hour other the registration would become invalid.
I had waited for over 24 hours but no reply.
A simple application software cannot be well tested before it is released for use. I really doubt what insurance services that organisation could deliver!!!!
