Hermes in Taipei

I wonder how come so many people are queuing for something in the middle of Taipei Ximen Market. Jimmy then told me it's because the brand "Hermes". They do use good milk, brown suger, chocolate powder and "sticky rice granule (pearl)". Of course, they get more from your wallet also.
